Our October Moon event last Saturday was fantastic! Several folks experienced battery drain, we had a 10 degree temperature drop in one of the rooms upstairs (which is recorded on video), orbs were captured on people’s cameras, a figure was seen on the balcony and reports of very uncomfortable feelings in the balcony area. Best of all… a little girl named Rosie was heard from as well as 2 men, Zeke and Logan!! We had a great group of guests and the Maine Ghost Hunters Society did a super job as usual! We’ll be watching for evaluations to come up on their website, www.maineghosts.org.

Our special October Moon event is coming in a little over a week! The Maine Ghost Hunters Society will join The Lady in the Red Cloak at the Winter Street Center in Bath for a 4 hour late night paranormal investigation! You can join in, too, and learn all about the equipment, possibly have a chance to use some, and be involved with the investigative team as they demonstrate “ghost hunting”. We’ll be at the Center from 9-1 and explore every nook and cranny that we can, looking for signs of paranormal activity. Coffee and light refreshments will be available throughout the evening. This full moon special event is by reservation only, $35.00. Please call FMI, 207-380-3806.

There are a few spaces available for the special Maine Ghost Hunters Society tour in Camden this coming Wednesday! Come along as the investigators demonstrate some of their equipment to check for paranormal activity! We will definetely be going inside one building, hopefully several, but on other tours we’ve found there can be just as much, if not more, activity outside! Call for reservations!

Another fantastic tour with the maine ghost hunter society! Last night’s tour in Damariscotta was warm, but we found a cold spot or 2! Once again, results will be posted on www.maineghosts.org once they’ve been evaluated. On this tour we were lucky enough to be able to go inside 3 buildings that have spirits, in one the emf device had some very high readings. Boothbay Harbor on September 10 will be the next place the Maine Ghost Hunter Society joins us. Call for reservations, 207-380-3806.

Last night’s tour in Bath with The Maine Ghost Hunters Society was awesome! They did a fantastic job of explaining and sharing what they do. A couple of “odd” things might have happened… flashlights going on and off depending on The Lady in Blue’s feelings about us! The full results will be posted on their website next week, www.maineghosts.org. The next chance to come along with the Maine Ghost Hunter Society will be on Aug. 31 in Damariscotta. Make your reservation now!

Investigators from the Maine Ghost Hunters Society will be joining “The Lady in the Red Cloak” for a series of special Haunted History Tours! A team of investigators will come equipped with devices that will help see the unseen… whether by image, sound, or electromagnetic activity. The specialized equipment will be used to test areas on the tour for the possible presence of paranormal activity and will be demonstrated to the guests. The first of these special walks will be on August 24, a full moon night, in Bath, at 8:00 pm. These particular tours will focus a bit more on haunted spots than history and may take a bit longer than the usual 90 minutes, due to the demonstrations. There will also be a similar tour in Damariscotta on Aug. 31 and one in Boothbay Harbor on Sept. 10 (at the regular tour times). More dates will be coming so keep checking the calendar section of the website! These tours are $17.50 and are by reservation only.
